How does Occupied Staging Work?

Most times you begin with a Walk and Talk Consultation by one of our team’s Staging Professionals who walks through the property with the Seller. Realtors are welcome to attend with your client.  We offer expert advice on the following:

  • Furniture and accessory placement and editing
  • Lighting and finishes, even lightbulbs
  • Paint colors
  • Exterior landscaping
  • How to live in the home while it is listed

Another opportunity as an add-on is a 1 Hour Refresh, done POST consultation. Sometimes a follow-up could be needed if the client did most of the work...JUST to make sure it all came together as planned. Also, if a property ends up on the market for awhile, it may need a quick refresh to make sue it still shows well.

Let us do the stressful work. With a Hands-on Showcasing, our team can stage the house using the Seller's items by rearranging or removing furniture, art, accessories, etc., to add that professional touch that highlights the home's best features. This service starts with a Walk and Talk Consultation first.

Have some empty rooms?

Staging allows Buyers to visualize the room's purpose and adds personality back into the space. Our Stagers can provide a Hands-on Fill-in Showcasing and bring in our on-trend beautiful furniture, art, lamps, pillows, and accessories. A professional touch that Buyers love, which results in a successful sale! This service also starts with a Walk and Talk Consultation.

For a quick spruce up before the professional photography, hire us for a two-hour Photo Ready Refresh. This impactful service is a more economical option than traditional staging. We use our professional eye to quickly re-purpose the Sellers' items to make staging magic! No Walk and Talk Consultation required. Tell us about your listing, and we can schedule the service for the same day as the photos.
